How To Measure Your Feet

While seated, put your foot on a piece of paper in front of you and trace around the circumference of it with a pencil, being careful to keep the pencil close to the foot.

1. FOOT LENGTH

To determine your foot length, measure the distance between the two furthest points on your tracing.

2.FOOT WIDTH

To determine your foot width, measure the distance between the two widest points on your tracing.

3.INSTEP

To determine the instep of your foot, measure the distance between the instep from side to side of your foot, as per drawing.

SELECTING A SIZE

If your foot measurement is halfway between sizes, select the larger size. 

You may find one foot is longer than the other, this is quite normal, please use the larger size when making your shoe size selection.

Observe the size table and find the measurement closest to your foot length. Choose the shoe size attributed to that length.
